Mediq's platforms and services in the Northern Region are fully restored
Tietoevry has restored the functionality and connectivity for the Mediq systems, and our dedicated IT, customer care, and supply chain teams have subsequently resumed operational functionality.
This weekend, we will have 80 enthusiastic colleagues working at three of our sites dedicated to picking, packing, and shipping orders to our customers.
We realize the inconvenience caused by this disruption. We are committed to getting every order out as soon as possible and truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.
