Arjen Linders
Arjen Linders has been appointed Chief Executive Officer as of March 1st, 2024, ushering in a new era of leadership and vision for our company. Prior to assuming his new role as Mediq’s CEO, Arjen was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in June 2023. Before that, he served as EVP Benelux from August 2019; in September 2022, Arjen was announced to lead the DACH cluster alongside his responsibilities for Benelux. Arjen worked for Philips for 20 years, recently as Senior Vice President & Market Leader of Personal Health and Sleep & Respiratory Care for Philips North America and before that as Cluster Leader Central and Eastern Europe. Starting his career in marketing, he expanded into sales and e-commerce. He moved into general management roles internationally, where he played a key role in organic sales and market share growth, as well as online growth, digital transformation, and direct-to-consumer business model creation. He has worked and lived in the USA, Czech Republic, and the Netherlands. Arjen holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tilburg. Nationality: Dutch

Mark Mattern
Mark joined Mediq in December 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Mediq, Mark led a successful practice as a management consultant, offering expert commercial advice to a diverse range of SMEs across the globe. Previously, Mark held the position of Global Head of Commercial Finance at AkzoNobel, where he managed an impressive €10+ billion in annual revenue (for all global business units), driving growth, profitability improvement, transformation, and other high-impact initiatives. Before AkzoNobel, Mark's career spanned several key roles at Philips, including CFO for North America, primarily overseeing the business's medical devices, software, and services sectors and other senior finance roles. Prior to his tenure at Philips, Mark worked in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, where he served as a manager. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Additionally, he has completed a number of executive education modules at Harvard Business School, focusing on Corporate Value Creation, Portfolio Management, and Strategic CFO responsibilities. Rob Janse
Rob Janse joined Mediq as General Counsel & Company Secretary in October 2015. He brings more than 30 years of international legal, governance, M&A and leadership experience across a range of multinational organizations and business sectors. Prior to joining Mediq, Rob served as Director Corporate Legal Affairs & Company Secretary at Royal TenCate NV, a (then) listed international materials and technology company. Before that, he spent almost nine years in the chemical industry at LyondellBasell Industries as Senior Counsel EMEA, providing legal support across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier in his career, Rob held the roles of HR Director and Legal Director at Foot Locker Europe, combining legal expertise with people leadership and organizational development. Rob holds a Master's degree in Dutch Law with a specialisation in Business Economics from Utrecht University.

Rory Batt
Rory Batt was appointed Managing Director of Mediq UK & Ireland in 2025. Prior to assuming his current role, Rory joined Mediq as Chief Digital Officer in August 2022. Before joining Mediq, Rory spent a decade at the global brewing company AB InBev, most recently as Head of Digital Transformation for the Europe & Middle East business. He held various leadership roles across multiple markets, leading high-growth businesses, delivering large-scale business transformation across multiple functions, and driving significant digital revenue growth. Rory holds a Master's degree from the University of Bristol, where he received several academic awards, including recognition for his master's dissertation on the computational modelling of the climate change impact of human emissions and ozone production. Rory is also a published scientific author with several publications in Atmospheric Environment. Nationality: British

Kristen White
Kristen White joined Mediq as Chief Customer Experience Officer in 2026. She leads Mediq’s customer experience and digital transformation agenda, helping strengthen customer centricity across the organization. Prior to joining Mediq, Kristen held digital and e-commerce leadership roles at Canyon Bicycles, Nike, and The Estée Lauder Companies. She brings more than 20 years of experience in customer experience and customer loyalty, digital commerce, marketing, and business transformation. Kristen brings both local and global multinational experience having worked in dynamic businesses settings and markets. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University and completed an executive DE&I course from Northwestern University. Nationality: American

Eveline de Wit
Eveline de Wit joined Mediq as Chief HR Officer in June 2018. Before joining Mediq, Eveline worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific as Vice President of Human Resources for their pharma division, Patheon. Besides her HR responsibility, she supported inorganic growth with diligences and integrations in the US and Europe, as the business doubled. Prior to this she worked in HR leadership roles for Univar, GE Capital and Heineken. Eveline holds a Masters degree in business administration from the University of Nijmegen, and a Bachelor degree in hotel management. Nationality: Dutch

Thorbjørn Hjarndal
Thorbjørn Hjarndal serves as Managing Director of Mediq Healthcare Solutions, leading teams across Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the Baltics. In addition to this executive role, Thorbjørn serves as CEO and Chairman of Mediq entities in Denmark, Finland, and the Baltics. Thorbjørn joined Mediq in March 2023 as Regional Commercial Director, Hospital Solutions Nordics, and shortly after stepped into his current role. Thorbjørn started his healthcare career at Maersk Medical, part of the A.P. Moller Group, and has since held several senior commercial roles within global healthcare companies, including Johnson & Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline in the Nordics. Building high-performing teams and driving strategy have been consistent focuses throughout his leadership roles. Thorbjørn holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Economics from the University of York. Nationality: Danish

Guido Mouws
Guido Mouws stepped into his role as Chief Product Officer and Executive Committee member at Mediq in April 2024, leveraging a distinguished career in procurement and supply chain innovation. Guido joined Mediq as Vice President & Chief Procurement Officer in 2021, driving procurement transformation with a focus on strategic partnerships and supplier innovation. Previously at Philips, he led as Senior Director, enhancing procurement strategies for Global Solutions & Services and the Benelux region. His tenure at Signify and Bosch Security Systems before that laid the groundwork for his expertise in operational excellence and strategic sourcing. Guido’s career showcases a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable healthcare solutions. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration, underlining his strategic approach to leadership and operational excellence. Nationality: Dutch

Joachim Warnberg
Joachim Warnberg serves as Managing Director of Mediq Nordics, where he is responsible for leading sales and driving profitable growth across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. In addition to his executive role, Joachim serves as CEO and Chairman for Mediq Sweden AB and Mediq Norway AS, having joined Mediq in April 2023 as Managing Director of Mediq Sweden. Prior to Mediq, Joachim held the position of Managing Director Nordic at Easyfairs and led commercial operations in the Nordics at ISS Facility Services, where he also served as Group VP Strategy & Transformation. Joachim began his career at Accenture, later leading the firm’s strategy consulting practice in Sweden, and has since held senior executive roles in growth and transformation. Joachim holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Gothenburg School of Economics and ESSCA Angers. Nationality: Swedish

Marcia Luijendijk
Marcia Luijendijk joined Mediq in Sep 2018 where she had several commercial roles in the Management team of Benelux. In 2024 she was appointed Managing Director of Mediq Benelux, leading the organization through a phase of strategic renewal, M&A and performance improvement. With extensive experience in senior commercial and leadership roles across the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors, she brings a sharp strategic lens and a proven ability to drive sustainable growth. Her earlier role as Commercial Director at Mediq Nederland strengthened her focus on commercial excellence and the evolving needs of the healthcare landscape. Marcia holds a Masters in Human Movement Sciences from the University of Groningen. Nationality: Dutch

Ulrike Linden
Ulrike Linden has served as Managing Director of Mediq Deutschland GmbH and Mediq Diabetes GmbH since July 2025 and is responsible for the strategic and commercial management of the company in the German market. Prior to this, she spent several years as Managing Director of DiaExpert GmbH, a subsidiary of the Mediq Group specializing in diabetes care and digital health solutions. During this time, she played a key role in the further development of the portfolio and the introduction of innovative care concepts. Her professional career began in the marketing and sales sector of the medical technology industry, where she gained extensive experience in brand management, retail management, and product marketing while holding leadership positions. This expertise continues to form the basis for her current focus: the further development of modern, patient-centered care models and digital health services within the Mediq Group. In her current role, she is committed to consistently aligning the company with high-quality care solutions and strong partnerships in the healthcare sector. Ben Lechner
Ben Lechner joined Mediq as Chief Supply Chain Officer in 2026. He is responsible for Mediq's end-to-end supply chain, sales & operations planning (S&OP), IT & data, and quality & regulatory assurance across Europe, ensuring reliable and compliant delivery of products and services to customers and patients. Ben has spent nearly two decades leading and transforming some of the world's largest supply chain and logistics operations, with senior leadership roles at DHL, Amazon, and Sonepar. At Amazon, he led end-to-end execution of the European distribution network, spanning more than 100 sites across 26 countries. Ben holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen. Nationality: German

Leopold Stratenus
Leopold Stratenus joined Mediq as Chief Growth Transformation Officer in 2026. He brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in business transformation, commercial strategy, ecommerce, and general management. Prior to joining Mediq, Leopold served as Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer SodaStream (part of Pepsico). Before that, he held several senior leadership positions at Versuni, including Global Amazon Lead and CEO North America. During his 15-year career at Philips, Leopold held a variety of international leadership roles, most recently as CEO of the global Coffee business. Earlier in his career, he worked in commercial and marketing roles at Sara Lee and Unilever. Leopold holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from Utrecht University and a Minor in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Nationality: Dutch
