With whom does Mediq share your personal data?
Mediq takes great care when processing your personal data. In the first instance, your personal data is available to Mediq only. Data Processing Agreement
A data processing agreement (DPA) is the agreement between the controller and the processor which determines how the processor is to handle the personal data. Mediq (the controller) and, for example, an IT service provider (the processor) will in all cases conclude a written agreement with an external partner before any personal data can be distributed. Mediq is responsible for ensuring that this occurs. In short, each external party with which we do business, and with which personal data is processed, has a separate agreement with Mediq which meets the legal requirements.
